Regional Manager

The Regional Manager is a key role within KellyDeli, responsible for overseeing the performance of our kiosks and retail partners. This position requires a strong understanding of business operations, sales, and marketing principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales revenue and improve kiosk performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
- Collaborate with the Head of Regional Managers to align regional goals with the company's overall strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and partners.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and propose effective solutions.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
