At Paul Mitchell Associates, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Account Management Professional to join our team. As a Regional Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our client base.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Proven experience in sales and account management, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to negotiate trading terms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
