Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our sales team at Clinisupplies. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the implementation of projects which enhance the sale of Aquaflush, a specialist medical device, into the competitive primary and secondary care market.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering and exceeding agreed sales targets for Aquaflush, while working closely with our clinical team to establish product usage across the region. This will involve representing the company at regional consumer events and developing relationships with key healthcare professionals in the areas of Bowel and Continence care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering and exceeding agreed sales targets for Aquaflush
  • Working closely with the Regional Business Managers, Commercial Managers, and the Neuro Business Development Manager to establish product usage across the region
  • Representing the company at regional consumer events to develop relationships with key healthcare professionals
  • Supporting partnering Trusts with the provision, promotion, and implementation of pathways for patients to access our services through our Care+/Nightingale+ programs
  • Having excellent standards in territory and business preparation and planning
  • Developing a thorough understanding of secondary and primary care within the NHS and the changing face of the NHS
  • Developing a thorough understanding of the formulary process and ability to influence for positive positioning of Clinisupplies products
  • Developing an ability to function across all levels of the NHS and within a sales culture team environment

Requirements:

  • Highly self-motivated and tenacious and must be able to deliver sales results in a competitive environment
  • Well-organized and able to plan weekly and monthly diary
