Job Title: Regional Sales and Account Manager
About the Role:
- Develop and maintain a strong client base to ensure satisfaction levels are consistently high.
- Build and nurture long-standing client relationships while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Maximise sales revenue and achieve required sales and profit targets.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and prospect leads.
- Collaborate with operational colleagues to ensure account execution meets customer expectations.
- Support the Head of Account Management, Sales Director, and Customer Support Unit.
About You:
- Strong understanding of product promotion and customer management.
- Ability to plan and manage time efficiently.
- Influencing and financial skills.
- Excellent commercial awareness.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Sales revenue-driven focus.
- Fluent presenter and communicator.
- Able to negotiate trading terms in line with company policy.
- Computer literate with experience using CRM/ERP software.
- Excellent negotiator who can balance company and client requirements.
- Confident and articulate in all forms of communication.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary: £35,000 - £42,000 (dependent on experience), plus regional profit-sharing bonus scheme, pension scheme, car allowance, fuel card, tablet PC, and mobile device.
