Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, plus an uncapped commission scheme that could increase earnings to £60,000 to £90,000. Additionally, you will receive car allowance, hybrid working options, enhanced holiday allowance, life cover, employer pension contributions, and access to employee wellbeing services.



About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SaaS/Software focused Sales Executive to join our team. As part of a leading brand in the UK ERP software market, you will play a key role in driving business growth by selling innovative software solutions tailored to the eCommerce, retail, and logistics sectors.


This role requires strong communication and organisational skills, including presentation skills. You must be able to deal with various stakeholders, including customers and senior management. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential for frequent travel.



Responsibilities

  1. Lead pipeline management, including lead generation and liaising with prospects.
  2. Demonstrate our software solutions, capturing leads on our CRM platform and detailing all lead data.
  3. Meet weekly/monthly sales targets to ensure sustained new sales revenue.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in software sales, preferably with proven achievements in previous sales roles. You must be fully proficient in using IT, particularly Microsoft Office and other software packages. Creative and self-driven individuals with excellent communication and presentation skills are encouraged to apply.


You will also need to possess a strong work ethic, be a team player, and have confidence in dealing with various stakeholders. A clean driving record and access to a car are necessary for frequent travel.
