Director of Sales Enablement

We're seeking an experienced Director to lead our EMEA Sales Engineering organization at Skyhigh Security. As the Director, you will be responsible for executing our Go-To-Market strategy, driving technical excellence, and ensuring field readiness programs are operational.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales engineering, with at least 7 years of experience in regional leadership roles. You will be responsible for establishing KPIs, managing performance expectations, and providing market insights to our Products organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the EMEA Sales Engineering organization in direct alignment with our Go-To-Market strategy
- Establish KPIs and manage performance expectations
- Provide market insights to our Products organization
- Collaborate with leaders from Engineering, Customer Success, Product Management, Marketing, and Professional Services
- Develop strategic account plans
- Drive business growth through partnerships

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
