About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at Croome, a 730-acre estate in Worcestershire. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to your team, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to our visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a team to deliver outstanding service to our visitors
  • Ensure all displays and signs are accurate and the food is presented to a high standard
  • Supervise the induction and training of colleagues to build a dedicated team
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to prepare food and maintain high standards
