About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Food and Beverage team at Croome Estate, a 730-acre estate in Worcestershire. As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and look after our visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks to a high standard, ensuring that all displays and signs are accurate and visually appealing
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to prepare food and maintain high standards of food safety and presentation
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
