Position Overview
We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the operations at one of our prestigious hotels.
This role involves overseeing the entire Food & Beverage service, including the Restaurant and Conference & Banqueting sectors, ensuring that exceptional service standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, support, and guide a vibrant and diverse team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
- Exhibit professionalism in hospitality, making every guest feel valued and special.
- Inspire team members through your extensive knowledge of food and beverage, providing regular training and development opportunities.
- Make informed, confident decisions while collaborating with team members to achieve common objectives.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial aspects of the business, including labor costs, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Exhibit exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, maintaining composure under pressure.
Qualifications
Previous experience in Food & Beverage management within a multi-outlet luxury hotel environment is essential, ideally with knowledge of industry standards.
Proficiency in wine selection and pairing is required, along with a proven track record of managing, coaching, and developing teams.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and the ability to build rapport with both colleagues and guests is crucial.
Compensation and Benefits
A competitive salary package is offered, along with a share of service charge. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, including weekends on a rota basis.
