About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at Brockhampton, a 1,700-acre farmed estate in Herefordshire. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading a small team to deliver exceptional customer service and financial performance in our busy kiosk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to provide outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage daily operations, including ordering, stock control, and food safety procedures
  • Supervise the induction and training of new colleagues
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage Manager to achieve business objectives
