We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Food and Beverage team at Brockhampton Estate. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our visitors, ensuring a memorable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to feedback and concerns
