Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe and shop, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer relations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Food and Beverage Manager to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements
