**Job Summary**

Fourteen People is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of People to join our team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for shaping and driving our HR strategy, fostering an engaging and inclusive work environment, and promoting a positive work culture.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, overseeing the full recruitment process and managing onboarding and orientation programmes for all new hires.
  • Organise performance reviews, monitor goals, and ensure all employees are fully supported in their development.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees on employee relations issues.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture that reflects our company values and mission.
  • Identify training needs and work with the management team to create development programs that enhance employees' skills and career growth.
  • Oversee the enrolment and administration of employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with global employment laws and regulations.
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide reports to senior management to help inform future decision making and ensure alignment with business goals.

**Requirements**

Previous experience of establishing a professional HR function within a creative business will be essential for this position. We are happy to consider candidates looking for either full-time or part-time employment (three days per week minimum) with at least three days per week (or pro-rated equivalent) to be based at our offices in central London.
