The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing our Health and Safety Strategy and Business Improvement Plan, ensuring that our operations meet the highest safety and health standards. This includes fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment that supports our HSE culture, maturity, and behaviours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing our Health and Safety Strategy and Business Improvement Plan.
  • Fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.
  • Implementing our HSE Management system.
Requirements
  • A good awareness of Project Lifecycles, Construction Techniques, and Processes.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting systems.
  • Experience of preparing and delivering SHE presentations and related training.
  • Use of Microsoft and Cloud-Based Software Platforms.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including generous holiday entitlement, corporate discounts, and a comprehensive pension plan.
