Environmental Health Specialist

Shield Safety Group is seeking an experienced Environmental Health Officer to join our team. With a strong focus on delivering audits and services to clients, this role offers unparalleled career development opportunities and support from the largest team of EHPs in the country.
Job OverviewThis challenging position involves book allocated audits into your calendar within the required timescale and informing your Manager immediately of any over/under allocation. You will be responsible for ensuring that all audits are conducted in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Audit Delivery: Conduct audits at client sites, identifying areas of improvement and providing recommendations for compliance.
- Client Support: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on environmental health matters.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- IT Competence: Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office 365 and other relevant software systems.
- BSc (Hons) or MSc (Hons) in Environmental Health.
- Experience dealing with health & safety or risk/compliance solutions.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- IT literate and competent in MS Office 365.
- An estimated salary range of £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
