Job Overview

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the academic and social development of students with complex needs, including Down syndrome and cerebral palsy. You will collaborate with support staff and therapists to create a well-rounded, therapeutic learning experience for each child.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing and tracking student progress, adjusting strategies to encourage continuous growth and development.
  • Fostering independence, curiosity, and life skills, supporting each child's journey to reach their full potential.
  • Collaborating with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized education plans.
What We Offer
