We are seeking an exceptional Lead Residential Care Manager to join our team at the CareTech Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our residential care services and ensuring that we provide the highest quality care to children in our homes.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 per annum

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within residential childcare, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and achieving outstanding results. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each young person, as well as fostering a positive and inclusive environment that promotes their growth and development.

You will work closely with our recruitment team to build and retain a strong team of caregivers, who share our commitment to providing exceptional care and support to our young people. Your expertise in staff development and training will enable you to create a culture of excellence within our homes, where every caregiver feels empowered to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
