Key Responsibilities- To provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential settings, tailored to their individual needs and goals.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes learning, personal growth, and socialisation.
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and external agencies, ensuring effective communication and coordination of care plans.
- To participate in activities, outings, and therapies that enhance the well-being and quality of life for our service users.
- A competitive salary of £11.92-£12.54 per hour, reflecting the importance of your role in delivering exceptional care.
