About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Jewson Partnership Solutions. As a key member of our branch management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in leading and developing a team of sales and operations professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as first line support to the Branch Manager to lead and support the team to deliver sales and operational success and suggest opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver a great customer experience.
  • Get to know our product lines and services to make the most of all customer interactions.
  • Lead the team to make health and safety a priority and demonstrate how to keep yourself and others safe at work.
  • Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organize delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
