About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Jewson Partnership Solutions. As a key member of our branch management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Branch Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Development: Assist the Branch Manager in leading and motivating the team to achieve sales and operational targets.
  • Customer Experience: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product lines and services to make informed decisions and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data to support sales growth and business development initiatives.
  • Operational Efficiency: Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, manage delivery times, and ensure seamless customer experiences.
