If you are seeking a fulfilling position within a collaborative environment, this role may be ideal for you. In this position, you will be part of our RS Local Aberdeen Branch, working Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

As a vital member of our branch team, your responsibilities will include effective communication with our trade customers to assist them in locating their required products, as well as managing our inventory and stock levels. Comprehensive training will be provided, and a proactive attitude is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

In your capacity as a Branch Support Specialist, you will report directly to the Branch Manager.

Your primary focus will be delivering exceptional customer service by understanding our customers' needs and fostering strong relationships. You will also be tasked with addressing and resolving customer inquiries, both general and technical, while providing guidance on delivery options and dispatches.

Additionally, you will engage in various warehouse and stock management tasks, including picking and packing activities.
