About the Role

We're seeking a customer-focused individual to join our Aftersales department as an Apprentice Aftersales Customer Advisor.

This exciting opportunity will provide the chance to develop your digital knowledge and skills while working in a dynamic team environment.

  • You will be working closely with our workshop technicians to ensure they have the necessary parts for vehicle repairs.
  • Responsibilities will include liaising with customers, reviewing workloads, and maintaining accurate records.
  • You will also be expected to communicate effectively with customers, providing clear solutions to any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with workshop technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts.
  • Review and forward-plan workloads, ensuring accurate and detailed information.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear solutions to any issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements

  • GCSE 4-9 in Maths, English, and one other subject (or accredited equivalent).
  • Good levels of literacy and numeracy.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
