Job Description:
A highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist is sought after by Hyster-Yale Material Handling, Inc. to provide exceptional support to the Facilities team in Centennial House. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring a professional and courteous experience for all employees and guests. This part-time role requires excellent communication skills, administrative abilities, and a strong understanding of building security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a warm welcome to visitors and maintain a professional image
• Manage switchboard operations with efficiency and accuracy
• Support various departments with administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records and files
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

Requirements:
• National 5 level education or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits
