Double Impact Recovery Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Recovery Coach in Boston. As a key member of our Double Impact team, you will play a vital role in supporting service users in achieving their recovery goals.

Salary: £24,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working with people in the drugs and alcohol treatment/recovery fields, a Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, and excellent IT skills, preferably with experience in recording information on database systems.

Key responsibilities include delivering bespoke recovery plans, assessments, beneficiary supervisions, reviews, and personal development plans. You will work in a strengths-based way with a caseload of individuals, providing support and motivation around the aims and objectives outlined in their Recovery and Personal Development Plans.

You will facilitate and deliver non-accredited personal development groups, receiving training as needed. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those struggling with addiction.
