Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Recovery Advocate to join our team at Waythrough. In this role, you will work closely with individuals who require mental health support, providing guidance and resources to help them achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mental health issues and be able to provide empathetic and non-judgmental support. A caring and compassionate nature is essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently and within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with service users
  • To provide emotional support and guidance to individuals experiencing mental health challenges
  • To work closely with other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services

Salary: £15.50 per hour (dependent on experience)
