Job Title: Employee Benefits Manager

We are seeking a skilled Employee Benefits Manager to join our team at Education Personnel Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee benefits, including pensions, life insurance, and annual leave.

We are a respected education services business with a long history of delivering exceptional service to our customers. With over 30 years of experience, we support over 1,600 schools nationwide.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Pension Scheme Administration: Manage pension schemes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Life Insurance Administration: Administer life insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.

Essential Skills: The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in payroll software and systems is also necessary.

Compensation Package: As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
