Payroll and Employee Benefits Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll and Employee Benefits Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for processing payroll and employee benefits in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing payroll and employee benefits
- Providing assistance and support to employees, managers, and HR colleagues regarding payroll and employer benefits queries
A strong understanding of payroll administration procedures and information systems is required for this role.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on a £15.00 per hour rate.
Working ArrangementsThis is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday with hybrid working arrangements.
The role is based in Durham, UK.
