Payroll Manager

Your new company, a well-recognised regional group of companies, has a need for an experienced Payroll Manager to look after the Payroll function for 700+ staff across multiple companies. We are looking for a skilled professional to join our Finance Team to ensure the accurate and timely processing of all aspects of the Group's weekly and 4-weekly payrolls, as well as compliance with all legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process the complete end-to-end weekly and 4-weekly payrolls, input and process data accurately and timely, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  2. Calculate additional pay elements or deductions, including holiday entitlements.
  3. Oversee pension auto-enrolment, including transferring data to pension providers.
  4. Provide weekly payroll information for management reporting.
  5. Reconcile payroll balance sheet codes.
  6. Audit the payroll to make sure it satisfies all government regulations.
  7. Develop and refine payroll procedures.
  8. Scan all reports to the network.
