Payroll and Benefits Coordinator

As a key member of the Randstad Construction and Property team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of payroll and benefits administration.
With a strong understanding of payroll procedures and information systems, you will process payroll and employee benefits in a timely manner, providing assistance and support to employees, managers, and HR colleagues as needed.
A successful candidate will have proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
The estimated salary range for this role is approximately £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on an hourly rate of £15.00.
