Job Summary:

As a Client Partner at TestYantra Software Solutions, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the IT services market. This role requires a strong understanding of global delivery models and methodologies, as well as the ability to present and interact at CxO levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and bookings targets
  • Build and manage client relationships at the CxO level, leveraging strong account management skills
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including generating leads and presenting proposals
  • Manage multi-cultural teams and travel to client locations as needed
  • Responsible for resolving people management issues within Tata Elxsi's teams
  • Facilitate delivery team presentations and grow the account
  • Generate leads by interacting with customers in various lines of business to expand our footprint
  • Present and publish proposals, including proactive ones and responses to RFP/RFIs
  • Interact with procurement and supplier relationship teams from customer organizations
  • Achieve sales strategic objectives defined by Tata Elxsi
  • Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting
  • Report directly to Group Client Partner

Requirements:

  • At least 5 to 15 years of overall experience in selling IT services in Tier-1 or Tier-2 competitive organizations
  • Strong knowledge of global delivery models and methodologies
  • Familiarity with cross-selling various service lines for customers
  • Ability to present and interact at CxO levels, and have consultative sales capability
  • Ability to work and collaborate across other teams in various service lines and anchor together for the account
  • Ability to manage multi-cultural teams and travel to different client locations
  • Exposure to delivery, sales, or pre-sales roles
  • Managed a multi-million USD account across various GEOs
