About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Partner to join our team at Tata Elxsi. As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving complex digital transformation efforts, and directing the organic growth strategy across the strategic account portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish trust with clients and become a trusted advisor to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute annual account planning activities to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Identify key growth opportunities within client accounts and create client value.
  • Proactively manage client relationships to drive profitable growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage company-wide resources to address client satisfaction, growth, renewal, risk, and opportunities.
  • Secure long-term client commitment through trusted advisor relationships.
  • Generate leads by interacting with customers in various lines of business to expand our footprint.
Requirements
  • At least 5 to 15 years of overall experience in selling IT Services in Tier-1 or Tier-2 competitive organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of global delivery model (GDM) and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cross-selling various service lines for customers.
  • Ability to present and interact at CxO levels and have consultative sales capability.
  • Ability to work and collaborate across other teams in various service lines.
  • Ability to manage multi-cultural teams and travel to different client locations.
