Your Role

In this role as Business Development Salesperson, you will play a critical part in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your expertise in commercial insurance and ability to build strong relationships will enable you to successfully navigate complex sales environments and identify opportunities for growth.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional teams to pursue leads and close deals.

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you will require a strong background in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the commercial insurance industry. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

Compensation Package

">

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $140,000 per annum, dependent on experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes life insurance, healthcare support, an employee discount platform, and internal recognition & reward schemes.
