Overview

The Office Coordinator - Receptionist will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our administrative functions. Reporting directly to the Management Team, you will be responsible for managing the reception area and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming environment for visitors, responding to their queries with tact and professionalism.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls, efficiently directing callers to relevant personnel or taking messages as necessary.
  • Assist the marketing team in developing social media content and other promotional materials.
  • Process client invoices and maintain accurate financial records, adhering to company policies.
  • Purchase office supplies, ensuring that the workplace remains well-stocked and organised.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should possess outstanding interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office applications will also be beneficial.

What We Offer

We are offering a salary range of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a generous holiday allowance and opportunities for professional growth and development.
