Industrial Sales Director

We are looking for a gritty and ambitious individual to lead and grow Propel's channel partner network across the UK and EMEA. This role is perfect for a new business hunter with experience in both direct and indirect sales.
Propel, a scale-up software company revolutionizing the industrial sector with AI capabilities, seeks a hungry salesperson who can leverage their prospecting skills to grow new and existing relationships.
This position involves:
- Prospecting: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to promote and sell Propel's products and services.
- Relationship build: Maintain strong and long-lasting relationships within the eco-system by working closely with partners to develop strategies that leverage Propel's product strengths and optimize market growth.
- Account Management: Conduct regular reviews with partners to ensure alignment with Propel's objectives and monitor performance against set goals.
- Training: Provide ongoing training and support to our partners.
The ideal candidate profile includes:
- Industry Experience: Experience working in the Industrial Tech space (Construction, Real Estate, Utilities, Facility Management).
- Proven Commercial Success: A track record of driving sales within a SaaS or technology-driven environment, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Channel Partner Experience: Experience in indirect sales and understanding how it works.
- Start-Up Experience: Demonstrated ability to work in a scaling environment.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot quickly and adapt to changing market conditions.
