Office Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager & PA to join our team in Mayfair, West End. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the property consulting team, managing reception, and general office operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organisational and time management skills. They will also have advanced Outlook and Word skills and Excel knowledge. Experience in previous Office Management/PA support is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office, maintaining equipment and supplies, and optimising operational efficiency
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, payments, expense reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel schedules for partners and team members. Ensure effective time management and prioritisation
- Welcome clients and visitors, handle incoming calls, and maintain a polished and professional front-of-house experience
- Plan and book travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Oversee website updates, social media accounts, and marketing campaigns to align with branding goals
- Handle general administrative tasks such as document preparation, copy typing, and managing mail outs
- Provide PA support to the main partner and minor support to 3 partners with diary management, scheduling meetings, insurance claims, and personal travel bookings
