Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Office Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the Knightsbridge office. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office, including managing a busy and varied workload, providing diary management, scheduling, report preparation, and minute-taking. You will also be responsible for processing expense claims, booking travel and accommodation, coordinating office events, and acting as the first point of contact for basic IT issues.
