Business Development Executive

You will be responsible for generating new business leads through cold calling, promoting MHR's products and services, and nurturing leads to move them effectively through the sales funnel. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.
This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through advanced training, mentorship, and coaching. You will work closely with our Global Sales Team, providing expert guidance and support to ensure seamless execution of our business development strategy.
Our comprehensive benefits package includes access to over 60 internal training courses, professional qualifications, and cross-departmental mentoring and coaching programs. We also offer a referral bonus scheme of up to £2,000 and a range of employee-led social events.
Our estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We believe in creating a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
