Sales Growth Manager

This role involves:
- Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within targeted markets through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
- Serving as a key senior team member, responsibilities include training and mentoring the team, advancing product and systems knowledge to enhance team performance.
This position requires:
- Effectively generating new business leads by promoting MHR's portfolio through targeted marketing efforts.
- Nurturing leads to advance them through the sales pipeline.
- Working closely with the Business Development Manager to achieve agreed-upon business development objectives.
- Recognizing opportunities and communicating the key benefits and value of our products to secure new business leads.
- Maintaining accurate records of new leads, updating current customer information, and ensuring the CRM database is up-to-date.
- Completing assigned campaigns within specified timeframes.
- Promoting new software and services to customers to create upselling opportunities for Customer Relationship Managers.
- Executing bulk mailings and email campaigns to generate new business leads.
- Participating in internal training to enhance performance and stay ahead of the competition.
- Staying informed about competitor activity to differentiate MHR and drive business success.
- Delivering against relevant KPIs, such as call volume, call duration, marketing qualified leads, etc.
- Providing coaching and training sessions to team members.
- Offering advanced knowledge of systems used within the BDR team, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, with opportunities for career advancement.
