Sales Director

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in leadership roles. Your expertise in consultative, value-based selling, and ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders will be essential in achieving ambitious sales goals and driving market growth.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Payroll and Human Resources market, including managed service delivery, and be able to leverage market insights to craft tailored sales propositions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are also essential for success in this role.

As Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Sales Executives, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product experts, to develop targeted sales strategies that meet the unique challenges of the public sector.
