Job Overview
MHR is a leading provider of innovative solutions for businesses. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in generating new business leads and driving revenue growth.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Growth Manager. You will be responsible for managing relationships with our Global Sales Team, generating pipeline and lead generation in the Irish market, and training, coaching, and supporting the Business Development Representatives (BDR) team.

Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business leads through cold calling and promoting MHR's products and services
* Nurture leads to move them effectively through the sales funnel
* Record new leads, update current customers, and maintain the CRM database
* Promote new software and services to create upselling opportunities
* Generate new business leads

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
