About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at ET Clay Products, part of the Brickability Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to Area Sales Managers and assisting with the sale of our products to various customer types.

In this role, you will process orders from quote stage to delivery, arrange haulage, and ensure that sales office samples are up-to-date. You will also be required to build knowledge of all products sold by ET Clay Products Ltd, which will enable you to offer information and advice to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Area Sales Managers with administrative tasks and sales enquiries
  • Sell products to customers, including merchants, developers, builders, and homeowners
  • Process orders from quote stage to delivery
  • Arrange haulage and confirm with the Hauler
  • Maintain up-to-date sales office samples
  • Help grow the Essex depot customer base

Requirements:

  • Basic Microsoft Package skills
  • Ability to navigate through different screens
  • Understanding of pricing policy
  • IT skills, including learning systems

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (0730 - 1630)

Estimated salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
