KCGroup is seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Birmingham. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front-of-house services.

About the Role:
  • Responsible for meeting and greeting clients, visitors, and internal visitors
  • Coordinating the front of house reception area
  • Setting up and preparing meetings rooms, boardrooms, seminar suite, and training room

This is a full-time permanent position requiring a flexible approach to working. You will work closely with the Front of House Team Leader to ensure seamless operations. We offer a competitive salary of £25,300.00 per annum, as well as a company pension scheme and opportunities for career progression.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional front-of-house services to clients
  • Working independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
