About You:
We're looking for a friendly and outgoing individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to build relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain accurate records. Experience in a front desk or administrative role is desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Coordinating meetings and appointments, and preparing meeting materials as required.
- Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- A warm and welcoming approach: Someone who is friendly, approachable, and has a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Strong organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum.
