Employment Engagement Specialist

As an Employment Engagement Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in forging meaningful connections with local employers, bridging the gap between participants and job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities and promote our services
  • Work closely with participants to understand their skills and aspirations, and match them with suitable job opportunities
  • Provide guidance and support to participants to help them prepare for and secure employment
  • Contribute to the development of our employment engagement strategy and tactics

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A to C) or equivalent qualifications
  • Demonstrable evidence of Continuing Professional Development
  • Proven experience in the recruitment or sales sector
  • Excellent IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software and previous experience of working with databases
Location:

You will be based across West London.
