Learning and Development Advocate

Ackerman Pierce Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEND Tutor to join our team in Surrey.
As a SEND Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one tuition to students with special educational needs, including those with autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
You will have the flexibility to work on a part-time basis, with hourly rates ranging from £25 to £40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. All DBS costs will be covered, ensuring you can focus on delivering high-quality tuition without added expenses.
Key Responsibilities- Available during school hours for 3-30 hour contracts per week
- Qualified Teacher (QTS/QTLS/PGCE) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Background in teaching core subjects (English, Maths, Science) or SEND classes (KS1-KS4)
- Ability to prepare and deliver curriculum using various teaching styles and methodologies
- Adaptable, patient, and caring approach when working with students with SEND and complex needs
