About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Care Worker to provide high-quality care for clients in a day centre setting.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assess and address individual client needs.
  2. Develop and implement care plans tailored to each client's needs.
  3. Support clients in daily activities, such as dressing and grooming.
  4. Organise and lead group activities promoting learning, leisure and therapy.
  5. Contribute to record-keeping and administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Enhanced DBS clearance.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Care qualification.
  • Previous experience working with vulnerable adults.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing client needs.

This is a 3-6 month contract with a salary of £18/hour.
