Male Day Centre Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and empathetic Male Day Centre Assistant to join our dedicated team at CV-Library. As a key member of our support team, you will deliver exceptional care and support to male service users with complex needs in a day centre setting.
The ideal candidate will have a caring nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and their families.
- Provide person-centred support, focusing on promoting service users' confidence, independence, and well-being.
- Develop and maintain accurate records, adhering to CQC guidelines and best practice.
- Liaise with external agencies and services to ensure comprehensive support for service users.
- An Enhanced DBS certificate with the update service is mandatory.
- At least 12 months' experience working in a care setting, preferably in a day centre.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a related field is required.
The salary for this role is approximately £27,000 per annum, reflecting the value we place on our employees' dedication and hard work. The position is located in Walthamstow and surrounding areas.
