About the Opportunity

We are excited to announce an exciting opportunity for a motivated and empathetic Adult Care Worker to join our team at Elwood Recruitment Ltd in Chingford. As a Male Support Worker, you will form meaningful connections with individuals who require support due to their learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, and autism.

Your primary focus will be on promoting independence, dignity, and well-being through person-centred support strategies. You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to identify and address individual needs, creating bespoke plans to enhance quality of life.

In return for your dedication and passion, we offer a competitive salary of £22,500 - £28,000 per annum, inclusive of pension contributions, annual leave, and FREE training development opportunities.
