Job Summary

We are looking for a Male Care Worker to join our team in Harrow, HA3 0LY. As a Support Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing care and support services to vulnerable adults with enduring mental health needs.

About You:

  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults
  • Level 1 Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards
  • Able to read, write and understand basic English

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide practical support to customers with essential daily living tasks
  • Encourage customers to develop and maintain independence and emotional wellbeing
  • Ensure customers are supported in a safe and caring environment
  • Recognise changes in customer behaviours and potential safeguarding issues associated
  • Work closely with external agencies and family members to offer customers a cohesive care and support service
