As a Mental Health Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to individuals with complex needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting people with daily activities and enhancing their independent living skills.
  • Reporting and recording key aspects of care and developing your professional skills through ongoing development plans.
  • Engaging in community-based activities and making full use of available resources.

The salary for this role is approximately £29,500 per annum, dependent on experience. We also offer paid annual leave and pension contributions.
